Customer Service

We are here to assist you with all your water and wastewater needs. Tellico Area Services System Customer Service Representatives are available Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. We are available in person at our office, by email, and by phone.

Payment Options

We have several options for you to make a payment for your bill.

  • Drive Thru window located at the office.
  • Debit and Credit card payments. All card payments must be made through the automated system or online.  You can make a payment by calling 423-210-4751.
  • After Hours Drop Box: Located in the drive thru window at the office. Envelopes provided.
  • Local Banks: People’s Bank and Volunteer Federal accept TASS payments. Account must be current and have payment stub.
  • Bank Draft: Avoid late fees and never miss a payment again! You can choose to have your account paid automatically each month through bank draft.  Contact customer service to set up.  Click here for our bank draft form.

To apply for existing service: Please complete TASS service contract.  Please send in with proof of purchase/lease agreement and driver’s license.  You can email documents to TASS.service@tassonline.org  or mail to P.O. Box 277, Vonore, TN 37885.  Please provide the date of which you would like service to start. You can also apply in person at our office.

To apply for a new meter set, please contact the office.

Service Disconnect Policy: If your account is two months past due, your water service will be disconnected.  Your monthly bill will indicate you are late with a red “Disconnect Pending” notice.  This is your only notice.  TASS will not attempt to make phone calls or do home visits.
